Rajesh R. Turakhia has made a significant impact in the field of AVGC training across India by creating and successfully executing two leading educational institution brands namely Frameboxx 2.0 and MAAC over the last 25 years. Under his leadership, both institutions have successfully mentored over 2,00,000 students. His vision to enhance the quality and studio readiness of the workforce is reflected in the fact that most of the studios in India have students or animators trained under his tutelage. 

Rajesh’s vision of MAAC began to take shape in 2001 as a Founder. Brimming with an impassioned mindset, Rajesh always wanted to bring a positive impact on the animation industry. He is also the founding force of ’24 FPS’, a revolutionary and industry-recognized competition, to give students and professionals their due recognition and fame in the Animation and VFX industry.

His visionary mindset saw him overlooking the state-of-the-art production studio, Maya Entertainment Limited (MEL) as a CEO and Executive Director. Mentoring the studio from 8 artists to strength of 500 artists, his initiatives soon made MEL one of the top five studios in India. Under his mentorship, MEL worked on some of the country’s most prolific clients like BBC, Electronic Arts, MTV, Activision, Coke, and Rainbow Pvt. Ltd. 

To give students a hands-on experience, Rajesh launched Frameboxx in 2008 with the now sought-after, ‘Incubation Centre’ where students got to hone their skills on LIVE projects. It was a real production scenario of client servicing, providing quality output within the stipulated deadlines, and cracking deliverables as a team.
 
Despite achieving milestones, Rajesh was still hungry to make it big for his students. He soon worked towards placing Frameboxx on the global map by collaborating with reputed academic institutions like Seneca College in Canada and Anglia Ruskin University in the United Kingdom to award international certifications. To give students an extra edge, Frameboxx even secured partnership deals with prominent Universities in India. As of today, Frameboxx is a proud and authorized Training partner of the Media and Entertainment Skill Council (MESC) and has its curriculum aligned to the QPNOS (a part of NSDC Skill India Mission Project) standards. 
 
To raise the bar for continuous development, Rajesh launched Frameboxx in a whole new avatar. Coined as ‘Frameboxx 2.0’ in 2019, the refashioned establishment became a ‘Premier Academy for Media & Creative Arts’- an amalgamation of various creative and technical skills required by the media and entertainment industry. Frameboxx 2.0 broadened the gamut of creative design and visual art by curating verticals of new media technologies and creative research in the fields of Gaming, Augmented Reality, Virtual Reality, and more.

Currently, he is a part of the Sub-Task Force (Skilling) for formulating and suggesting the policy for the AVGC ecosystem. He is also a member of the CII Sub Committee on AVGC and Immersive Media. Mr. Ravi Gupta carved his own niche market segment, apart from growing the existing family business, from the age of 21. Vinita embarked on her professional journey in 2001 as a Counselor, showcasing her commitment to learning and progress. Over the years, she worked in various managerial roles, with different companies in the AVGC industry. Today she is working at Frameboxx Animation as the Vice President marketing sales and Operations (India).

Vinita's expertise lies in Business Development, Franchise Relationships, Marketing, and Operations. Based in Pune, she oversees the overall center operations and is instrumental in the region's development.

Expertise ranges from being an artist, trainer, writer and executing various management functions. Believes in 'Constant Learning'.

Apart from being a Senior Corporate Trainer of VFX for various established brands and individuals, he also epresented internationally acclaimed broadcast and video production manufacturer company Blackmagic Design at Broadcast India Show 2015 as ‘Fusion Demo Artist’.

He is responsible for implementating and executing new initiatives for overall business growth. With handling various Academic and Management operations, he maintains optimum ROI on YOY basis. He executes complete online and offline marketing activities including various campaigns of lead generation, branding and other promotional activities.His responsibilities covers the entire gamut of marketing, from scratch to finaliztion.

Yogita Jadhav is a Graduate from commerce stream but her passion towards graphics and web forced her to pursue course in Graphics and Web Design development. Since then she never looked back,

She started her career as a graphics and ELearning project artist for Emmersive Infotech. She is handling the entire graphics, web and UI/UX vertical be it for training or helping in making the curriculum she is the first point of contact. 

In her 12 year of journey, she has trained more than 3000 plus students and every student of her are doing well in streams of Graphics, Web, UI/UX. She loves to motivate students and she makes learning a comfortable and enjoyable experience.

Idrees Ahmed Rather is an Arts Graduate with expertise in Networking Professional Stream. He is known for resolving the issues in seconds and is a troubleshooter. He has been providing professional studies for CCNA, CCNP, N+, HTML, CSS, JAVASCRIPT since 2010. He is a great mentor with expertise in Web Technologies. Not only this, he has potential in training Desktop Publishing as well. It’s been more than 11 years that he has been training students and his many students are associated with different brands in higher positions. He is passionate regarding excelling students into their domains.

He has worked in Aircel Cellular Limited as TSM from 2008-2011 and then from 2011 – 2013, he worked in Networxx Delhi as Technical Faculty. He also worked in Networxx Kolkata from 2013-2014 and since then he is a part of Frameboxx Animation & Visual Effects ( Chowringhee ). Jayasmita Paul Dutta is an English Honours Graduate with a Professional Diploma Holder in 3D Animation. Her expertise is in Lighting & Compositing and is specialized in Visual Effects. It’s been almost 15 years, she has been into teaching profession in this field and so many students have excelled in their career and are associated with various brands now for designing and video production. Along with this specialization, she is an Adobe Certified Associate in Visual Communication using Adobe Photoshop CS3 in June 2012. 

She has worked for 7 years (2007-2014) in the Animation Training industry. At present she has been working with us for Frameboxx Animation & Visual Effects ( Chowringhee ) since 2014. She is an Arts and Media professional with over 14+ years of experience and knowledge in various essential verticals of Animation, VFX, Educational operations and handled various projects. She started her career as a Faculty and now an HOD (VFX) with multi-tasking abilities being an enthusiastic team supporter and player.
 

Mitali Jain Has Excellent Command Over Sketching and is a Creative Artist. She is a World Record Holder of Create World Largest Abstract Portrait Art by using Bottle Caps. She is a Motivated Artist Focused on Character Development with Experience of Pre-Production.

She has Worked with Various Comic Book Companies . She is able to Create Perspective Drawings, Anatomy Drawing, Character , Storyboarding.  Also she had Done many Freelancing Work.

Nihar is a passionate 3D Trainer and artist with 3+ years of experience in the Training industry as well as in Productions. He always trains students according to studio pipeline. He is great in delivering high-end 3D modeling, texturing, game environment design, and assets design training.

Meghna Rathi has  13+ years of experience in the industry of Animation and Vfx . She is well versed with Training in Compositing, Motion graphics & Video Editing.  She worked with many respected post production houses including Reliance Media Works, Tata Elexsi, Anibrain, etc.  She contributed majorly for developing the curriculum for the VFX modules in the Post Production Department .
