With a background rooted in academic leadership with around 22 years of experience in Academics, his vision is simple yet powerful: to shape future-ready leaders through real-world skills and personalized mentorship.

Believing that creativity thrives when guided with a purpose, the founder established the academy to close the gap between talent and industry expectations. He is known for his leadership roles and developing leaders in Management, Education and Design.
